A native Ardmoreite, Barry has been a licensed real estate broker for twenty years, and broker/owner of Century 21 Clark & Reed, Inc. since 1993. Currently, he holds the three major professional designations (CRB--Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager, CRS--Certified Residential Specialist, GRI--Graduate, Realtors Institute) offered by the National Association of Realtors. During his years in banking, Barry was a senior lending and operations officer for the largest financial institution in southwestern Oklahoma. His broad-based lending experience includes commercial loans, commercial real estate and developmental loans, all manner of construction home loans, and personal property/chattel lending. Additionally, he has been a VA automatic-approval lender, an FHA Direct Endorsement underwriter, and is certified to underwrite conventional loans by the Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation.
With his extensive background in banking and real estate, Barry has the ability to help buyers, sellers, and investors with their real property needs. Buyer representation, residential, commercial, farm and ranch, general and limited partnerships, property management, real estate investment trusts, and leasing are well within his range of knowledge and expertise to assist his clients. Additionally, he is a state-licensed real estate appraiser.
